Our Metabolic Rejuvenation Program (MRP) is a customized infusion therapy geared towards patients with diabetes and other resulting conditions such as insomnia, neuropathy, vision changes, hypertension, and slow metabolism, just to name a few. It utilizes an FDA-approved infusion pump with micro-dosing of regular insulin over the course of a 2-3 hour infusion. Instead of using insulin in the traditional sense, as a medication, we are utilizing insulin as a biomimicry hormone to up-regulate metabolic processes at a cellular level.Â
We also include intensive education, customized at-home treatment regimens, and supplement/medication guidance to reverse the damaging processes of insulin resistance and slowing metabolism. Once a patient has completed their customized titration plan, the infusions are spaced out to optimize energy and metabolism levels to a sustainable level.Â
For patients with diabetes or metabolic syndrome, these infusions are typically covered by insurance.
